Policies

RETURN POLICY:

We do not offer refunds, however if you are disatisfied in any way with your harness, we will replace any unsuitable parts. We offer a thirty day return policy.  Damaged items resulting from misuse or neglect of the product are not returnable. No additional warranties apply or are implied. Receipt for proof of purchase and date may be required. 

If your order was damaged, is defective or the wrong item was shipped, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Please notify us immediately so we can instruct you on the proper procedure for returning the merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We will not share, sell or trade your e-mail address or personal information with third parties.

Credit card information given for orders is not kept on file by Equi-Market.
