Equi-Market is proud to sponsor fine equestrian organizations for youth such as 4-H and Pony Club.  Our fundraising program has been a successful tool for these organizations and other equestrian related, non-profit groups to meet their fundraising goals.

As Horse/Livestock clubs, you will find it particularly simple to sell the everyday tack store products shown in the full colour catalogue that is available to you in hard copy or on-line at www.Tackdepot.ca.  This is an especially easy way to fundraise as most of the items in the catalogue virtually sell themselves.  You are free to offer the items to all your friends, family and anyone you want!  You can offer your buyers useful items horse lovers actually need!

Your Club will receive 20%

of the value of the tack orders you submit.

CHRISTMAS 2010 ORDERS. ORDER SOON TO AVOID INVENTORY SHORTAGES ON POPULAR ITEMS!

 

To ensure order control, please select one of your club members to serve as the Fundraising Coordinator and have them contact us at 403.995.0055 to make arrangements for catalogues to be picked up and to pick up your orders once completed.  We will use this person as our go-between for communications pertaining to orders from your club.  Of course, should your members have questions regarding specific items in the catalogue, we will be happy to answer personally.

 

Your Club may place as many orders as members wish, but may want to spread the deadline dates by at least a month to minimize the workload for your fundraising co-ordinator.  When selecting a date that best accommodates your members, please factor in shipping and delivery time of at least two to three weeks.  Your orders will be placed within 24 hours of receipt of your completed order forms WITH payments.

Once your orders have arrived and have been delivered to you a cheque in the amount of 20% of your total order will be sent to your Club.  Please note that some shortages of stock occur and refunds are sometimes required.  For this reason rebate cheques are not issued until we are certain that we have satisfied as much of your order as possible.  Credit card payments are accepted and are submitted only once orders are confirmed.
