Purchase of any products from Equi-Market or it's Dealers and Agents implies that you have read and understood all terms and conditions and agree to them.
Carriage Driving is a potentially hazardous activity, and Equi-Market or it's Dealers and Agents are in no way responsible for any accidents occurring during riding, driving or handling of livestock.
We do recommend you wear an approved helmet and safety vest anytime you ride or drive a horse.
Always inspect your tack prior to usage for damage or faulty stitching. All leather or synthetic products and tack will wear over time. Given that most tack and saddlery is handmade - there is always the opportunity for human error in the construction and stitching process. Leather is a natural product and thus will vary in strength and durability. All tack should be inspected for safety prior to each and every use.
We do not intend to diagnose, treat or cure any medical conditions of the horse. Ask your vet if you have any concerns about existing conditions.
Since all equestrian activity is potentially dangerous, Equi-Market, it's Dealers or Agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its product(s).
Equi-Market, it's Dealers and Agents make no claim with regards to adequacy or reliability of any products or descriptions within this website or any other materials, communications, email, brochures and advertisements. Products are used at purchaser's risk.
Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use the product. Before the user uses the product the user must determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use. And, the user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Serious injuries, including paralysis and death, may occur as a result of using and or misuse of equestrian products.
We reserve the right to change any prices, terms and conditions at any time. Errors in description and pricing may occur. In the event of a pricing error, the item(s) in question will be charged at correct price. Demand may exceed available stock; we reserve the right to limit quantities. Delivery limited to stock on hand.
Any disputes shall be litigated in the court closest to the Seller.
If any part of this agreement is determined to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal, including, but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
