If you are not completely happy with your purchase and want to return it, we will gladly refund the purchase price of the item within 7 days of the purchase date, with the exception of consignment or sale priced items. Refunds will be processed once we have received the item back in like-new condition with all tags intact. Equi-Market may, on a case by case basis, accept returns on items that have been kept longer than 7 days but in these cases we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the original purchase price. Items purchased on sale will be refunded by store credit for the purchase amount. Items purchased on a special order basis may not be eligible for return.
If you are returning an item by mail, please notify us before you send the item back. Repack it well and send it back insured for value, with Canada Post's regular parcel service. Refunds will be processed once we have received the item back in new-like condition with all tags intact.

When we have received it , we will credit your Visa or MasterCard, or send you a cheque. Returned items that are lost or damaged in shipping and were not insured by the buyer are the buyers responsibility and no refund will be made.
A full item refund can only be given if the item and/or accessories are clean, hair-free, and show little evidence of use (we accept minor marks on saddle flaps from the use of stirrup leathers). A 20% restocking and cleaning fee applies to saddles returned with any signs of dirt, hair, etc.
Saddles purchased on consignment are final sale and not returnable. For special order saddles please ask about the manufacturers/suppliers return policy. Buyers are responsible for return shipping to supplier from Equi-Market.
Returns sent without prior authorization, are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Saddles returned damaged, or in a condition where it is impossible to sell as new, are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on condition.
Should you have any concerns or problems with these conditions, please don't hesitate to talk to us about your needs and wishes. We are a small and flexible dealer and may very well be able to make an exception for you, or resolve any issues or problems you may have.
